All non-profits must have a constitution and bylaws.
A constitution is the core, legal document of an entity – like a non-profit society – and rarely change. This document names the entity, and outlines the purpose of the organization.
Bylaws are usually contained in the constitution document, and states the rules of conduct of the society.
