October 2012 Legislative Updates- Bill 10 Amendments

The Notice of Birth (NOB) form handbook have been updated (www.vs.gov.bc.ca/stats/pdf/physicians-and-midwives-handbook.pdf) for now there are no new forms- Nurse Practitioners can use the current form as all it requires is their MSP practitioner number.

The Registration for the Fuel Tax Refund Program form for Persons with Disabilities has been updated (www.sbr.gov.bc.ca/documents_library/forms/0119Fill.pdf).
